Malaysia holiday part 2

Today we had a walking tour in the city. We started from Central Market (built 1888) to the Old Railway station (built 1910).

After that we went to the Islamic Art Museum. Unfortunately, the place is closed for Aidil Fitri until today. So, we walked down the road and visited the National Mosque.

We spent sometimes in the mosque before we moved to Merdeka Square in front of Sultan Abdul Samad building (1897). The Merdeka Square was being setup for the National day celebration next week.

Next to the Sultan Abdul Samad building, I have introduced the visitors with the rivers that named Kuala Lumpur - Klang and Gombak rivers. At the junction of the rivers, we visited the Jamek Mosque (1909).

We then walked to Petaling Street to experience the sight and sound and smell of Chinatown.

Here, we visited the Guan Di (1888)  and Sri Maha Mariamman (1873) temples.

We end our tour back in Central Market when the rain started to pour.
